TenderloinRestaurant sponsorship terms
These terms cover sponsored restaurant placement provided by VivianOps LLC. They require final business and legal review before public enrollment opens.
- Approval: Submissions and photos require approval. We may reject misleading, unlawful, infringing or unsuitable content. Payment does not override review.
- Your authority: You represent the named restaurant and grant VivianOps permission to display the submitted restaurant name, details and photo for its placement. You retain ownership.
- Monthly offers: Your approved market price is shown before Stripe checkout. Monthly subscriptions renew until canceled through Manage billing. No automatic increase to an existing agreed price. Cancellation ends renewal; placement normally continues through the paid period.
- Window-sign offer: Approved restaurants display the supplied sign visibly for the free period shown when submitting their application (normally 30 days for new offers). A photo of the displayed window sign must be uploaded and approved. The free period starts upon approval. Any free extension is shown in the restaurant account; it does not start a paid subscription. No card or automatic paid conversion is required. Removing the sign early may end placement.
- Google listing photos: When you choose a Google photo, we display the current listing photo with Google Maps and contributor credits. That photo can change as Google updates the listing. Uploaded alternatives must be yours or used with permission.
- Placement: Cards are labeled Sponsored. Placement depends on location, eligible sessions and availability. Gold subscribers do not see sponsored cards. We do not guarantee views, rankings, visits, orders or sales.
- Reports: Reports contain aggregate opted-in activity. Direction and delivery taps do not establish visits or purchases. Reporting starts when measurement is enabled and may be incomplete.
- Changes and disputes: Contact sales@vivianops.com for corrections, removal, billing questions or a refund request. We review service failures individually; these terms do not remove rights provided by applicable law.
- Privacy: We use your account email, restaurant details, submitted photos and billing references to operate your sponsorship. Stripe handles payment details. Your contact email and payment records are not published in the app.
